Wanda Ruth Bay was born October 20, 1944 and went home to be with the Lord on July 13, 2013. Survivors include her husband Elmer Bay; son Kelly Bay; daughter Heather Davis; grandchildren Nicole Becker and Dustin Becker; brother Wayne Jr. O'Banion; sisters-in-laws Lillian Hethcock, Katherin Alexander and Phyllis Bay; many aunts, uncles, nieces,nephews and lastly countless friends she made over the years. Wanda was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Carl Bay. At Wanda's request, no services will be held.
