Violet Faye Martin

Violet Faye Martin was born November 8, 1930 in Dufur, Oregon to Melvina and George Howell. She married Marion Martin in 1985 and they became long time residents of Roseburg. Violet was a member of the Elks lodge, the Women's Auxiliary and the American Legion. She enjoyed crafting, crocheting and making ceramics. Violet was preceded in death by her parents and her husband of 30 years, Marion. She is survived by her daughters Cindy Clewell, Linda Waltrip and Mary (Dane) Gordon; her sister Harriet; 8 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 19th at 11 a.m. at Wilson's Chapel of the Roses.
