Urlen Ray Edwards

URLEN RAY EDWARDS 84 passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016. He was born on September 13, 1932 in Shevlin, Minnesota. Urlen graduated from Sutherlin High School. He and Elaine were married for 55 years. Urlen worked for many years for the US Postal Service. Survivors include his daughter Karan Ridenour; sisiters Cleo Jones, Clarice Williams, Jean Pelland, Arlys Goddard and Marlys Kellum; 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his wife Elaine Edwards, parents Ted and Erma Edwards; sister Myrna Danchok and his brother Erool Edwards. Those who wish may pay their respects on Friday, December 30, 2016 from 10:00 am until 12:00 PM at Sutherlin Chapel of the Roses. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2016 at 12:00 pm at Sutherlin Chapel of the Roses. Interment will follow in the Fair Oaks Cemetery.
