Theodore Ross Baker

Theodor Ross Baker, Ted, passed away 6/19/2020.  Ted was born in Grants Pass, Oregon October 26th, 1935, he attended Roseburg High School through his Junior Year, and graduated in California.  He joined the Army in 1957, had two years of education at Fort Sam Houston, and later obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Technology.  Ted worked as a Lab Tech. for the VA in Roseburg for 33 years, and Harvard Lab three years.

Ted was preceded in death by his parents Theodore and Mary Baker, his sister Linda, and two brothers Michael and Lynn. He is survived by his wife Lori of 43 years, a daughter Mindy, two grandsons Andy and Aaron, nieces and nephews, and close friends Larry & Wanda Gill, Jack and Pat Katzenmeyer, Gordon and Dee Glantz., and many local good friends.

There will be viewing at the Chapel of the Roses June 29th at 9 a.m.
His service will be at the VA National Cemetery with military honors for family only, with a memorial service at a later date.
