Kim Clement, age 78, of Oakland, Oregon passed from this life on July 23rd, 2025.
She was born on Feb 2, 1947 in Akron, Ohio to William and Mary McConnell (Hobday). She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert Bruce McConnell.
She has been a resident of the Roseburg area since 1968. She was previously married to Arvin (Al) K. Murray for approximately 15 yrs. She then married DeVon A. Clement (Clem) on June 29, 1990. He preceded her in death in Jan. 2024.
Kim worked for the City of Roseburg for 30 years as the City Court Administrator, retiring in 2002. She and Clem spent the majority of their 34 years working together on their ranch and acting as "ranch hands" to the Nichols family of Oakland, who were their longtime friends that became more like family.
Between Kim and Clem, they had 6 children, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Kim was an excellent wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and coworker. To everyone, she was the ultimate classy lady. She was the perfect package with her beauty, poise, and intelligence.
She departed from this world, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. To all those mourning the loss, we offer our deepest condolences. May you find comfort and love to those around you during this difficult time.
