Freda O. Smith, age 75, passed away January 9, 2018, with her family by her side. She was born in Souder, Missouri, on January 14, 1942, to Alfred and Chloe Prock. She is survived by her children, Troy Bates and his wife Doni, Paul Smith and John Smith; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.Services will be held at The Church of Christ (1475 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR) on January 27, 2018, at 2:00 p.m.
