Freda Esther (Diehsner) Harrell
June 1st, 1924- October 2nd, 2026
She was born to Anna and John Dieshneer in Schenectady, New York. The last of 8 brothers and sisters. They all Proceed her in death along with her husband, Richard Harrell and her granddaughter Anna Black. She is survived by her daughter Jane Black, and Son-in-law Rick Black.
She was a cartographer and retired from the Douglas County Assessors' Office. She also worked at various title companies.
In her spare time, she loved to sew, tole painting, and travel with the Roseburg Senior Center, and the Winston seven-mile travelers. She volunteered at the VA Hospital. She also bowled in a league well into her late 90s.
Belonged to the Odd Fellows and Roseburg Rebeckas, Lions.
She never met a stranger and loved to visit with anyone she met.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Memorial Donation may be made to the Douglas community Cancer Center.
