< https://www.nrtoday.com/content/tncms/live/>Victor (Vic) Hal Moffett was born Sept. 22, 1933, in Aberdeen, Washington, to Moses and Helen Moffett, and passed away on May 28, 2022. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1951 to 1954. Upon returning to Roseburg, he married Patricia Fae Lamb on March 19, 1955. They were married for 60 years until she passed in 2015.
Vic worked as an electrician for over 40 years, helping wire many different commercial buildings throughout Roseburg and Southern Oregon. Vic enjoyed being outdoors and hunting, his coffee, his animals, and reminiscing with family and friends. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, kind heart and willingness to help others.
Vic is survived by his only child, Brian, daughter-in-law, Cynthia, his grandson, William, his sister, Shirley, and brother, Nathan. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the Oregon Humane Society.
He will be laid to rest at Eden Cemetery. No services are planned.
