Gregory Ray Benson 1966-2010 Age 44 of Roseburg, Oregon passed away in his sleep on Saturday August 28, 2010. Greg was born January 21,1966 in Roseburg, Oregon to Frank and Norma Benson. He graduated from Roseburg High School in 1984. Greg worked at Don Whitaker Logging as a Mechanic. He was a passionate outdoorsman and Seahawks fan. He also enjoyed Nascar among other sports. Greg was married to Karrie Benson for 23 years and is survived by their Children Brian and Missy. His Mother Norma, Brothers Bruce and Bob, Girlfriend Keri Kovach-Roid, many friends and all of his AA Brothers and Sisters. Greg was preceded in death by his Grandparents Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Benson, his Father Frank, Sister Pam and numerous Aunts and Uncles. Memorial services will be held at Wilsons Chapel of the Roses in Roseburg on Friday, September 3rd, 2010 at 10:00 AM.
